We've created a special program that lets you rent an IOPI Trainer device for home use while working with your healthcare provider. The Trainer is designed for home treatment, and we're pleased to offer this rental option to help support your treatment journey.

To qualify for the rental program, you must be working with a clinician who uses an IOPI Pro in their practice. Ask your clinician if at-home rehab with an IOPI Trainer is right for you.

Your first month includes everything you need to get started: the Trainer device, bulbs for your planned treatment period, and shipping both ways. After that, there's a simple monthly fee of $125.

Our rental starts at two months, with three months being typical. Want to keep your Trainer longer than your initial rental period? Simply keep the device and your monthly rental fee will continue automatically. No need to contact us! If you run low on Trainer Bulbs during your extended rental, you can purchase additional ones directly from us.

You're in good hands. Your healthcare provider will guide you on using the Trainer, while our team is here to help with any rental questions or technical concerns. Our goal is to always provide top quality support. We are here if you need us!  

We keep things simple with automatic monthly payments. We'll securely store your credit card information and send you emailed receipts for each payment.

Absolutely! There's no need for special arrangements - your rental automatically continues month to month until you return the device. It's that simple.

When you're ready to return the Trainer, we make it easy. Just use the original box and the return shipping label we provided. Place the Trainer in its case, pop it in the box, and drop it off at any UPS Store.

Your healthcare provider will show you everything you need to know about using the Trainer effectively as part of your treatment plan.

Here's some good news: if you rent for a full year, the Trainer becomes yours to keep. There's no need to decide upfront - just continue renting, and after your twelfth month, we'll transfer ownership to you. While the device won't have a warranty at that point, we do offer repair services if needed.

Start by checking with your healthcare provider if you have questions. If they think there might be an issue with the device, just let us know and we'll help sort things out. If needed, we'll replace your unit to ensure your treatment continues smoothly.
