Return Instructions

  • 1 Place the IOPI® Trainer in its carrying case.
  • 2 Place the carrying case back in the original mailer box.
  • 3 Look under the lid of the mailer box to find the return pouch containing:
    • UPS return shipping label
    • Two shipping tape strips
  • 4 Seal the box securely using the provided tape strips.
  • 5 Place the UPS return label over the original shipping label.
  • 6 Drop off the package at any convenient UPS location:
    • UPS Stores
    • UPS Access Points
    • UPS Drop Boxes
